We have one specific builder, Woodridge Homes LLC, to build on our Villa lots. We also have a limited amount of lots that are “Open to the Public” so you can bring your own builder.
Home Buyers
The development opened in the summer of 2021 and digging started right away. You can reserve one of the Open to the Public lots and bring your own builder or choose a lot designated by a specific builder to build your dream home.
Real Estate Professionals
Beyond Homes Realty is happy to cooperate with local real estate professionals who are representing home buyers on the Open to the Public lots. Home buyers are required to indicate their real estate professional representative at the time they Reserve a lot.
